The meals: We really liked breakfasts. There was a lot of different choices for various tastes. Each night there is a dinner with a specific theme (Italian, Mexican, Cyprian etc.). Dinners itself were good, just the food on Mexican night was too spicey - even for adults. The desserts were delicious each night. The staff and hotel facilities: We came in the hotel before the hour of check-in and the room was already available. The receptionist (the British lady) who welcomed us the first day was super nice. We were also able to borrow a charger plug on the reception for 5€ deposit. The hotel staff even came to arrange some minor problems in our room late in the evening even though it could wait till the next day. The room: We got very big room, but the furniture was quite old, otherwise the room was clean. We really didn't like that the blanket on the bed was covered only with a sheet from both sides and there was no actual blanket cover - it was not cosy to feel the blanket when the sheets removed. The bed was also creaky. Otherwise the towels were changed very regularly and the coffee corner in the room was also refilled. The Fitness: Quite small and a little bit old equiped (some renovation would be recommended) but with different equipment you can do a decent training. It is also in the basement so the air there is not the best. The location: The hotel is 5 minutes away from the biggest shopping center in the whole Cyprus so especially in a bad weather that is a big plus. Also 20 minutes and 30 minutes walk away there are two in-between-cities bus stations.

Lovely family hotel. Group of families equalling 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids. We only stayed for a short time after our flight was cancelled but have all said we would happily return here for a holiday in future. The rooms were a good size and it was the biggest, comfiest bed I've ever slept in. I wanted to take it home haha. The variety of food on offer at breakfast, lunch and dinner was brilliant. There was something for everyone and so much to choose from. It also changes each night which is nice as I often find with all Inclusive places it's the same thing different day. Snacks inbetween available and plenty of drinks to choose from included with all inclusive. Great little mini Market on site with good prices. Pools are lovely and the kids couldn't keep away from the mini splash park and slides. Variety of daytime activities you can take part in and evening entertainment on offer also. Location is great, just up the road from King's avenue mall and not too far from the harbour and beach with bus routes nearby to get about. Staff were lovely, grounds were pretty. Just an all round nice place for a very reasonable price. We worked it out to around 70pp each day. Cannot complain at that!

Food was great - we were able to upgrade to all inclusive. staff were really friendly. great entertainment, which I didn't expect to be on due to our holiday dates being 'out of season' great location - easy walking distance to shopping mall, local shops and restaurants as well as Paphos Harbour. George who I believe is the restaurant manager, really stood out as exceptional in his customer service - my 5 year old grandson has the same name and once George (Staff) knew this he made each visit to the restaurant extra special for him with magic tricks and little treats. I enjoyed a wonderful massage and would highly recommend the treatments! Well done to all the staff - from arrival with reception staff, bar staff, restaurant staff - everyone created a lovely, friendly and happy atmosphere and environment. They were attentive to our needs and nothing was too much trouble. Well done and thank you! We had a great holiday and were sad to leave.

Our stay at Mayfair Gardens/Hotel was truly exceptional, with the standout feature being the incredible staff. George and his team at the restaurant went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, even accommodating my dietary restrictions with offering suitable alternatives. Grace, who assisted us with car rental, was equally helpful and efficient. Despite the hotel being bustling with activity during our visit, every staff member we encountered displayed a friendly and kind attitude, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service we received throughout our stay. Well done to the entire team, and thank you for making our experience memorable!

Excellent service; rich buffet breakfast, excellent, also very good expresso and black coffee; it was good that we could leave our luggage in a locker until the hour of the check-in; the family room on the ground floor in April was not too hot, there was no terrasse but a place with a table and an armchair near the plants which is great but it's good to know that it's not separated like a terrasse; there was good working air conditioning in both rooms and in between, working fridge and hair dryer; the bathroom was OK.
